1. How late can I place an order and have it ship the same day?
Most orders placed by 2:00pm will ship the same day. If you really need the
material please specify that you need the order to ship and we will expedite
the order for no extra charge.

3. What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 6:30am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

4. Do you deliver?
Yes, we have several options. We have next day, same day and jobsite delivery.

5. Do you charge for delivery?
We do have minimum order requirements for prepaid freight so please
call our order desk for specifics.

6. Can someone come out and look at my job?
We have several sales representatives available for jobsite assistance.

7. Where do I get a credit application or a resale card?
We have both of these forms available for download right off the website.

8. I need to know how much material to buy, where do I find out?
We have several estimating guides available on the website.

9. Where are you located?
We have offices in Menlo Park, Oakland, Sacramento & Fresno.
Go to our “Locations” on the website and get maps and
driving directions to each office.

10. What is your order minimum?
We have a $25.00 order minimum. For anything less we accept cash.
